Alan Crowley is a visual artist currently engaged in a practice led research masters at Limerick School of Art & design. Working in the areas of fine art printmaking, drawing and film making his work aims to provide a contemporary investigation of the phenomenon of perception.  As a visual artist he attempts to provide a vantage point to give theoretical conjecture a visibility and physicality that philosophical discourse on its own might be considered to lack. Aspiring to contribute a new resonance to these old concepts this type of research is capable of communicating to a wider audience the methodology of our interpretation of perception.
